A "Howling" Good Time Was Had At Tomplins Square Park in New York City

Despite rain postponing The 16th Annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade, everything went as planned on Sunday. The wind didn't keep people from parading their dressed-up dogs around the run.

Thousands of dollars in prizes were given away in many different categories. Petorama.com is proud to have donated a 30 GB Video iPod to the “Best In Show”. The judges had a difficult time deciding whom to choose as there were so many great costumes.
