The first functionality of our product, which distinguishes itself from other dog jackets or coats is that the entire outer shell is made out of tricot fabric. In other words, after the jacket is put on (with the fleecy, softer fabric facing out), one may secure the jacket anywhere on the underside of the jacket (for ease of use). Furthermore, with the elastic material, this allows for the 4 sizes of jackets to be worn by many dogs of different sizes and shapes, between 2 � 45 lbs.

The other functionality of our product is the Doggy Back Jacket Pack's Buddy, which can be attached anywhere on the jacket. Besides the cuteness of the dog giving a buddy a �doggy-back ride�, this buddy is heatable (microwave or other heating source) and freezable. Although there may be pet owners using the buddy for cold therapy (injuries, etc.), the primary function will be to heat the buddy to provide additional warmth and for all heated therapeutic reasons. In our patent pending invention, we are also developing a jacket that is reversible to hold the buddy on either side (or even inside the jacket for additional warmth or cold). Also in development is a wrap for a pet's legs or upper hind quarters that a buddy can be placed. Currently, we have a Boston Terrier (comes as a set with the dog jacket) and Polar Bear Buddy (which comes with the pink jacket), but are in development of additional cute buddies.
